The situation of the homeless in old age:
When we think about the homeless, our attention does not immediately go to the elderly. Homeless elderly people, although increasing in numbers, can be considered as the forgotten human race.
Due to poverty and various reasons, the elderly who are increasing in numbers are now forced to live their old age in streets and other unnatural places. They have been studied and researched many times by various agencies and organizations. But there is little interest in fulfilling their real needs. However, people aged 50 and above are called elderly. The interest of the state government towards the proper protection and treatment of homeless people aged 50 and above is also seen to be low.
Grants and budgets given by the government for their management are also centralized towards a single association and organization. As a result, there is a possibility that other organizations that have been providing services in this field with selfless service will be discouraged due to the neglect of the state government, while according to the interpretation of human rights, it is clear that the main responsibility of the state government remains in this regard. They are in urgent need of regular health conditions, nutritious food, proper and clean accommodation, and regularity of clothes. Due to their weak physical condition and poor lifestyle, their mental condition is also weak.
Reasons:
Due to family reasons, extreme poverty, disharmony and neglect of the state government, the problems of people of this age group are also increasing. This process is increasing despite the weak economic situation and lack of adequate availability of food, clothing and medicine. Even in the policies and programs created by the state government, the implementation aspect seems to be very thin and weak, even though they are explained and addressed in various ways.
Probability and Certainty:
However, some of the older women in the age group of 50 to 70 years seem capable. If it is possible to accustom them to productive work by providing opportunities according to their knowledge, skills, abilities, competences and qualifications, it cannot be denied that they will be able to live a life blessed by God in a healthy manner with a full lifespan.

Real situation and need:
We can see the direct view of mothers and fathers who are seen stranded on the side of the road and are suffering from various problems on a regular basis and a compassionate person can also feel that pain. After all, we are all human. Due to their mental derangement, they do not trust anyone. Therefore, there is a need for psychosocial counseling for them. As some of the shelters and ashram buildings have three or four floors, it is difficult to move them up and down. Considering their overall condition, the shelters with ground floor buildings seem quite appropriate. In the same way, this arrangement does not seem to be relevant because there is no harmony when keeping the youth groups without families and elderly parents in the same place.
It should not be different from the fact that there is a need for hands to help those parents who are left in a state of isolation by imbibing the humanitarian concept.
