Bay leaf: an useful medicine
In the hot and temperate Himalayan province, tamalapatra trees are found at an altitude of 3000 to 6000 feet. Its dried leaves are sold in the market in the name of bay leaf. It has a mixed smell of clove and cinnamon.
Medicinal use:
1. If you drink tea by putting the powder of bay leaf in the place of tea leaves, it relaxes in sneezing, runny nose, burning and headache.
2. Grinding 10 grams of bay leaf leaves in water and applying it like henna on the head will cure headache caused by heat and cold.
3) If you boil 5 to 7 leaves of it in a glass of water and bathe the head after half the water is left, then the lice, writing and hair will disappear.
4) If you drink its leaves in fine and brush your teeth, then the teeth will be clean and shining.
5. If you do it with the stem of the tree, then bleeding from the teeth is cured.
6. Drinking the powder of bay leaf with a cup of hot milk in the morning and evening cures asthma and respiratory diseases.
7) Licking one teaspoon of bay leaf powder with honey cures the disease of cough.
8) Regularly sucking the leaves of bay leaf will benefit in speech disorders.
9. Eating bay leaf raita regularly benefits dislike and starts feeling hungry.
10) If you drink the leaves of its leaves, sweat and intestines are cured due to stomach bloating and diarrhea.
11. Chewing 5, 6 leaves regularly will benefit from jaundice and stone diseases.
12) If you take the tune of its leaf, then it will be born happily.
13) If the dust of its tree bark is torn from 2 to 4 grams, then the air shell is cured.
14) If some leaves are crushed in the wound area and dusted and coated, the wound heals quickly.
