Happiness, like any aspect of well-being, is a continuous work in progress. But no matter what your current state of happiness is, there are ways to promote your outlook and elevate your mental and physical health. Here are some strategies to try.
Stay in touch :
Dr. A Harvard study led by Waldinger found a strong link between happiness and close relationships with family and friends. “Personal relationships create emotional arousal, which is an automatic mood booster, while isolation is a mood buster,” says Waldinger.
Do kind actions regularly :
Tyler J. Vanderweel, director of the Human Flirishing Program at Harvard’s T.H. Chan School of Public Health, says: “There’s a lot to be planned in advance. “But planning and deliberate intentions to do good to others can also have a significant impact on one’s own well-being. ”
Find your inner child :
As you grow older, you get a chance to review activities that make you happy as a child or a young adult. Pick up those hobbies, games, games, or other interests from your youth.
Invest in Experience :
Another way that money can buy happiness is through life experiences. It doesn’t even need to be a big ticket adventure. For example, dine at ethnic restaurants, matinees at theaters, or at art exhibitions. This investment can also have a long-term impact. According to some studies, people who spend money on experience have long-term satisfaction, as they create happy memories.
Hang out with happy people :
Joy can be contagious. A study has shown that happiness can be spread through social media. Your excited emotions can trigger a chain reaction, whereby your contacts rejoice around you, and they, in turn, help their contacts feel happier, and so on. The researchers also found that sadness does not spread as strongly as happiness.
Count Your well deeds :
Set aside time to write down what you are grateful for. It could be something you generally accept (a roof over your head and supportive family) or something as simple as getting hearty praise, a book you enjoy, today’s good weather, or a good-tasted meal you ate yesterday.
For Donation :
Address : Tarakeshwor-7 , Kathmandu , Nepal
Contact : +977 9851059892, 9841525406, 9848738640
Email: navjeevan.paropakar@gmail.com
Website: navajeevan.org.np
Youtube : Navajeevan Paropakar Samaj
Facebook : facebook.com/navajeevanparopakarsamaj
Fonepay:Agricultural Development Bank , Nepal
NAVJEEVAN PAROPAKAR SAMAJ
Code :#2105182204 Terminal :#402368

Durganath Dahal President , New Life Welfare Society The benefits of working happily : Of course, it’s a challenge for even the happiest-go-lucky one to […]

"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false
1

https://i0.wp.com/web.navajeevan.org.np/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/317788769_697280441753897_1834182622430992734_n.jpg?fit=640%2C960&ssl=1
