All children, old people and young people have to experience this bitterly. The main problem is seen in the elderly and children because they are ignorant about health awareness. As a result, children and the elderly become sick due to improper care and unbalanced diet.
Everyone’s development up to the youth is a natural gift, so people are able to tolerate the diseases that arise as a result of their mistakes. Gradually, they become irritable and fall into painful diseases. In old age, diseases take an aggressive form, but through yoga and Ayurveda, one can lead a disease-free and happy life. Due to old age, the body gets lax but it can be avoided by yoga and meditation practice. These measures are discussed here.
It is natural for people to be interested in all kinds of luxury items. For this, it is equally necessary to have wealth, the art of enjoyment, peace of mind and a strong and healthy body. A healthy body is absolutely necessary for the achievement of livelihood, science, art etc.
Appearance of a healthy person:
Always happy, smiling face, healthy intellect, clean teeth, ability to work tirelessly, strength to endure cold and heat etc. are the characteristics of a healthy person. A healthy person’s pulse is strong. Urine is light yellow in color and without burning and odor at the right time. The stool is light black, neither slippery nor hard.
Ayurveda considers fire, water and air as the basic pillars for health. Agni is considered as bile, water cough and air vata. Therefore, in Ayurveda, that person is considered healthy: whose air, cough , bile are in a state of balance, digestive power is fine, juice and blood are produced, disorders of the body are removed from all places of excretion, soul, body and senses are happy, shapely and free from pain.
Good use of health:
A healthy person can create a prosperous, enlightened love-friendly society by developing all-round, and even the gods can achieve rare happiness and a long life with unbroken joy. The goal of health is not only to enjoy it, but its actual utilization means the attainment of happiness, peace, prosperous life, complete happiness, self-realization and yoga with God.
Through service to the human society, through moderate consumption of pleasures, one gets relief from the hardships of traveling by satisfying one’s own body and through knowledge, dispassion and devotion to the Almighty God, the All-Powerful Supreme Father.
For Donation :
Address : Tarakeshwor-7 , Kathmandu , Nepal
Contact : +977 9851059892, 9841525406, 9848738640
Email: navjeevan.paropakar@gmail.com
Website: navajeevan.org.np
Youtube : Navajeevan Paropakar Samaj
Facebook : facebook.com/navajeevanparopakarsamaj
Fonepay:Agricultural Development Bank , Nepal
NAVJEEVAN PAROPAKAR SAMAJ
Code :#2105182204 Terminal :#402368

Durganath Dahal , President, Navajeevan Welfare Society Inevitability of Health Life: Today’s normal life situation is such that it has become difficult for people to […]

"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false
1

https://i0.wp.com/web.navajeevan.org.np/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/51540127_1446910425440277_3284729054552391680_n-Edited.jpg?fit=640%2C960&ssl=1
